In response to questions such as these, asked by by visitors, we decided to introduce a one-day course designed to provide the answers. Courses are usually held on Saturdays from 9.15am to 4.30pm. with the emphasis on practical instruction and tuition. There is no ‘classroom’ session and all theoretical matters are dealt with as they arise. A certificate will be sent to each attendee following completion of the course. No prior knowledge of steam locomotives is expected or required from the course attendee. The cost of the course is £110 or 10% discount when 2 people book a course together, payable in advance and includes a buffet lunch and tea/coffee at intervals throughout the day. |
