WILLIAM RUFUS
 
  This locomotive is an articulated type on the Garrat principal, making it the railway’s unique engine. It has a power unit and water tank at each end with a central boiler and driving cab. These power units are basically two Horton chassis. The loco is painted red and black edged with white lining.
